THE POOL WILL OPEN MAY 12th!

The Pool Opening is Coming!

That's right! The neighborhood pool is scheduled to open on May 17th, 2008. Remember that you need to be current with your assessment payments in order to receive a pool card and for that card to work. An added benefit to the swipe card entry system is that the pool will now offer FREE wireless internet access to all homeowners.

Springtime is a time of rebirth; when all that was old becomes new again. Warm weather, blooming flowers and green grass has brought all of us out of our homes and into our yards. During this time of renewal and change, make a special effort to go out and be “aggressively friendly” to everyone in the community. Try waving to everyone that you pass and make a special effort to talk with people in the community, not just your neighbors. Plan street parties and “get-togethers” at the pool and playground. The Woodlawn HOA challenges everyone to think of ways we can continue to improve our neighborhood and make it a special place to live and raise a family.
