- Deciding on the opening and closing dates of the pools and contacting the management company with this information.
- Reviewing the North Carolina state and Wake County rules and regulations to ensure that these rules are followed and enforced.
- Working with the Board of Directors to see that the pools, surrounding grounds, and pool houses look their very best.
- The committee monitors the pool company's performance and relays information to the Board of Directors. All comments
and suggestions must be channeled through the Board of Directors to enhance contractor performance. It is not the committee's
responsibility to interact directly with the pool company.
- Making expense recommendations for pool maintenance and improvements to the Board of Directors when the annual budget is being prepared.
- Working with the Board of Directors when it is required to purchase equipment for the pool.
- Cleaning up the pool at closing time to ensure preparedness for next day operations.
- Ensuring the garbage is take to the street on pickup days.
- Other pool related factors to include rule recommendations to the Board of Directors.
