2009 Party Rental Agreement

For full details and rental form, see the download link at the top of the page. The following is just some basic information about party agreements at the pool:

Rental Fee: $25 (Fee payable at time of application to: WOODLAWN HOA.)
If it is necessary to staff an additional attendant, the member must assume the additional charge and will be informed prior to confirmation of the party date. The member will be held responsible for any damages to the facility as a result of the event.

Deposit Fee: $100 (Separate check at time of application to: WOODLAWN HOA.)
This deposit is refundable within seven (7) days after event.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • All events must end at 8:00 PM
  • Group size limited to 20
  • Events limited to 3 hours
  • No event may have exclusive use of the pool
  • Woodlawn Community members will be able to use facilities
  • Invited party guests must follow the Rules and Regulation set forth by the Woodlawn Operational Policies
All members and their guests must abide by all the pool rules and regulations and the host liquor liability policy. WOODLAWN reserves the right to expel any members and their guests not conforming to the rules and regulations, or causing undue commotion.
