Due to recent events, the pool rules have been amended to include the following:
- Members and their guests will not be permitted inside the pool area or allowed to remain
at the pool if intoxicated.
- No eating or drinking IN the pool will be allowed.
- No verbal abuse, cussing, profanity or similar offensive language will be tolerated
in the pool or recreation area. Memvers or their guests will be asked to leave the
pool immediately.
Repeated failure to comply with pool rules will lead to revocation of pool access for the remainder
of the season.

Hours of Operation: 6:30am – 9:00pm (Dawn until Dusk - subject to change)
Two additional access cards may be purchased for $15.00
each. Please contact

There will be a $10.00 replacement charge for Woodlawn ID Cards and a $25 charge
for additional or replacement/lost pool/tennis cards
If there is an EMERGENCY at the pool Dial 911 from the pool phone immediately.
By order of the
Wake County Health Department
the following rules must be followed by
all members and guests. If a violation is cited, it may cause the pool to close for an
extended period of time.
- NO GLASS containers allowed in the pool or deck area. If broken glass is found in the pool area,
the pool must to be closed, totally drained, refilled, the filtration system recharged along with any other
treatments required by the Wake County Board of Health. The Homeowner responsible for this action will be
charged the costs incurred.
- The gate to the pool area MUST remain closed at all times. Do not prop the gate open in any way!
This violates a health regulation in Wake County and poses a very real danger to our young residents.
This also applies to pool parties.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the premises.
- Training pants with snug fitting rubber pants or the newly designed swim diapers are required for any
infant/child not toilet trained. Fecal contamination will cause the pool to close for up to 24 hours while
water treatment is conducted. The Homeowner responsible for this action will be
charged the costs incurred.
The Pool Committee and the Board of Directors have developed the following RULES AND REGULATIONS for the protection
of the community and to help ensure that every family enjoys this pool season.
- Yellow Family ID Membership Cards are REQUIRED to be attached to your pool key.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an authorized person 18 years or older.
- A homeowner must accompany guests. The homeowner is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
- Proper swimming attire is required in the pool. Please remember this is a family environment. No cut-offs allowed.
- Refrain from using the pool if you have open wounds, sores or lesions. Band-Aids are not allowed in the pool.
- POOL PHONE – A phone is available at the pool. The number is 870-8946. The phone does not require coins and may be used for
local calls, 800 calls, and calling-card calls, only. All other services have been blocked. Please limit calls to brief
usage in case of an emergency. Dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
- RULES OF CONDUCT FOR POOL AND POOL AREA:
- No running or horseplay allowed.
- No boisterous or rough play.
- No diving.
- No profanity or abusive language.
- No pool furniture in the pool.
- No loud music.
- No skateboards, bicycles or rollerblades in the pool area.
- No loitering or playing in the bathrooms or parking areas.
- No chewing gum in the pool or on the deck area.
- No throwing objects in the pool area.
- Pick up your trash and leave the pool area clean.
- Umbrellas should be closed before you leave the area. Strong gusts of wind may cause damage to the umbrellas if left open.
- Bathrooms and outside shower facilities are to be left clean after use.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed by anyone under the age of 21.

- Any personal items left at the pool will be put in the LOST & FOUND. Items left in the lost and found
for more than 10 days will be donated to charity.
- Overnight parking at the pool must be approved in advance by the Board or vehicles are subject to tow.
- There is a recycle bin located at the pool, please place all recyclable materials in this container instead of the garbage containers.
- Smoking inside the pool area is prohibited.
- Grilling inside of the pool area is prohibited. This includes gas, propane, charcoal, wood, electric grills.
- The use of extension cords within the pool area is prohibited.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL POOL RULES WILL RESULT IN REVOCATION OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR ENTIRE FAMILY.
HOW TO ENFORCE THE RULES
- Approach the person in a polite manner and try to resolve the problem in a neighborly way.
Most conflicts can be resolved in this manner.
- Call a member of the
Pool Committee,
a Board Member, or
PPM to report violations.
- If the violation constitutes an emergency, call Police – 911.
- Call the City of
Raleigh Police Department to report any one trespassing on the premises after hours.
If everyone takes responsibility in taking care of these facilities they will always be a source of pride within our
community! Let’s work together for a safe and fun pool season.
Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time.
